Have you experienced the distress of losing a pet? Are you looking for an effective way to assist in the search for lost animals? PeTrace offers a practical solution that helps ensure no animal goes homeless.

PeTrace is a free collaborative application designed to issue alerts regarding lost or found pets in real-time. Users in the vicinity of a lost or found animal receive immediate notifications on their PeTrace app, accompanied by a photograph and description of the pet.

Main Features:

 <li>Search for Lost Pets: Quickly locate your missing pet using the alert system. Receive notifications that streamline your efforts, allowing you to focus on effective solutions rather than spending time on traditional methods such as posting flyers or social media ads.</li>
 
 <li>Map Functionality: The app displays geolocated information about lost, found, and adopted pets on a map. Users can apply filters based on their preferences, showing their current location and the distance to relevant alerts.</li>
 
 <li>Gallery View: A gallery layout displays listings of lost, found, and adopted animals according to your selected filters. Users can sort these listings by proximity or by the most recent postings.</li>

Alerts:
By posting an advertisement in the app, users can pinpoint the location where their pet was last seen. This alert is then sent to all PeTrace users within the specified area, which can be adjusted in your profile settings under 'My Location'. You have control over the radius in which you wish to send out these alerts.

Contact Options:
If someone finds your pet or is interested in adopting, they can easily reach out to you through the internal PeTrace chat. Alternatively, if you provide a phone number, potential contacts can call you directly.

PeTrace simplifies the process of finding and adopting pets of all kinds—whether you have dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, parrots, hamsters, or other companion animals.

With PeTrace, lost and found pets can easily be tracked, making it a collaborative effort to reunite pets with their families. Your participation and sharing can make a significant difference.
